While much is being done among company leaders to prioritize ‘DE&I,’ only some supports are in place to prevent unconscious biases toward an older demographic. With the launch of a 2023 town hall series developed in partnership with the Miami-Dade Office of Equity & Inclusion, Manderson PR is allowing local businesses to promote their work to prevent ageism in the workplace.

The series complements a suite of marketing communications strategies Manderson has pioneered to help organizations communicate their commitment to fostering diverse and equitable workplace cultures.

Companies proactively addressing age equity can significantly increase employee engagement and a valuable sense of belonging, which was eroded throughout the pandemic and helped engender the Great Resignation.
